The Opportunity
We have an extraordinary and great opportunity within Adobe's Benefits organization, for you to learn how we design, deliver and measure the success of our impactful benefits at Adobe! This role will have exposure to how the Adobe Benefits team makes our employee experience come alive through our employee benefit and wellbeing programs! This position will be based at Adobe's headquarters in San Jose, California.

What You’ll Do
You will primarily support the global benefits team on a wide range of projects. Areas of focus will include financial wellbeing, retirement, savings and time off programs, and other benefits as needed. The responsibilities will include research, reporting, analysis, and presentation, including dashboard creation.
Responsibility for posting all retirement plan education information and opportunities on internal channels, and assessing engagement (ie., Inside Adobe, benefits.adobe.com)
Time off tasks will include creating Adobe’s global holiday schedules and other analysis and audit.
Ownership of 529 education savings plan, including developing an employee communication plan, with activities to drive engagement.
Providing administrative support for voluntary financial topics such as Long Term Care and Voluntary disability programs and communications.
Running all logistics for semiannual global financial wellbeing matters speaker sessions, and reporting engagement data for debrief, along with recommendations.
Production of quarterly Global Benefits All Hands presentation, by developing content and collaborating with colleagues to build deck, plus tracking results and collecting data.
Responsible for producing Global Benefits weekly staff meeting minutes, and completing any follow-up actions.
Provide general support to other program owners as needed.

What You Need to Succeed
University graduate, with Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Statistics.
Ability to effectively balance multiple projects, delegated by manager and team members, with desire to grow and learn new things.
Strong communication and presentation capabilities (ie., PowerPoint).
Analytical approach, with proficiency in spreadsheets, formulas, and ability to create charts and graphs to illustrate and communicate findings (ie., Excel).
Ability to achieve accomplishments within expectations and timescales.
Ability to accomplish goals successfully and independently, with delegation coming from multiple leads.
Attention to details and accuracy of all work results.
Ability to establish relationships across the organization, including working within different time zones globally.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $44,000 -- $99,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
